Robyn is a graduating senior of Westside High School class of 2012. We have seen her grow into the beautiful young lady she is today and have been blessed to share in her life’s memories since she attended middle school. She comes from a wonderful and loving family that has molded her into the God fearing and loving person she is now. She is a star volleyball and track athlete that is well liked by all that know her. She is truly destined for greater things as her journey continues throughout college and a career. We wish her only the best in life and she knows that our prayers go with her on every step she takes.

Happy Anniversary To Us, And A Very Heartfelt Thank You On Valentine’s Day! – {Houston Wedding Photographers}

What could be more fitting than celebrating the three year anniversary of Perfect Silhouette Photography (PSP) on Valentine’s Day? It was three years ago that a separation occurred which spawned one of the most creative and professional photography businesses in the Houston-Metro area. Knowing that things happen for one reason or another, everything worked out for the better in the end; and boy did they ever work out for us. We would love to say thanks to all of our past clients (friends) and welcome to our future ones. In a few weeks we’ll also begin posting tips on creating better pictures by the amateur photographer.

Keep today in your hearts and love to no end. We will finish with a quote by Dean Martin – “Dream as if you’ll live forever, live as if you’ll die tomorrow!”

With so may recent celebrity deaths and close friends, make sure you tell someone you love them today and don’t wait until tomorrow when they just might be gone.

Mayra and Jonathan had one of the nicest ceremonies we’ve attended in one of the most beautiful wedding locations we’ve seen -San Fernando Cathedral in San Antonio, TX. The artwork and craftsmanship are second to none and everyone was so down to Earth and welcoming. They each have a true aura of love that radiates and they are a pleasure to be around. May their marriage receive God’s blessing and grace.

Making a good image better!

Sometimes, we capture that image that we were after for an entire day and feel reward and gratitude for doing so. What if we took that image and gave it additional spice or some slight tweaks to enhance its character. Well, here are some examples that started as pretty good images that were given that little extra something. Allowing clients to have an unexpected but welcoming change from the norm. The following samples were tweaked in Photoshop and didn’t take too much time to enhance. They are before and after shot sequences. We hope you enjoy them and it gets you motivated to dabble a bit with Photoshop on some of your own photos.

Greer and Joseph’s Wedding {St. Laurence Catholic Church}

Ask any wedding photographer and they’ll tell you that they’d never switch from photographing weddings to anything else. Despite the fast and demanding pace of the day, it’s more than worth it after you witness the love shared by not only the bride and groom but their families as well. We were honored to celebrate and document Greer and Joseph’s wedding day and feel the spark between them as they never flinched or faltered saying “I Do!”

Personally, we must say that they are fun to be around and very very energetic. When we first met Greer we were treated as if she’d known us for years. Joseph wasn’t there but she told us all about him and we were anxious to meet him. When we eventually met him face to face, he was as she described. Down to earth, a comedian and just as inviting as she and her family were. Nowadays hospitable people aren’t as easily found. The engagement shoots were a blast and gave them time to share a few smirks and gazes here and there. They weren’t uptight and closed-minded to suggestions on shots and poses, nor did they feel uneasy with our candid approach. Anyone that gets the chance to meet them will not be disappointed. In fact they’ll be blessed to know them just as we now are.

We pray for and wish them the best in life and all of the happiness they can handle. This match was made in Heaven and therefore will stand the test of time.

Dietrich and Lacie’s Wedding {Houston Wedding Photographer}

Dietrich and Lacie’s ceremony was very beautiful and took place on a wonderful and clear Independence Day. They are both down to earth, loving, heartwarming and full of life. The wedding was in West Columbia, Texas at Columbia Methodist Church. It was such a pleasure to share this day with them and their families. We would like to wish them our warmest congratulations and prayers as they begin their lives as one. Hoping for endless years of love, patience and understanding along with God’s blessings.
